Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind Librarian: Michelle O'Neal
CHALLENGE: Educators at the Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind are unaware of the library search engine specifically for their campus. The client wanted an interactive training to teach the learners how to use the Follett Destiny search engine.
SOLUTION: An interactive training with a variety of activities that mirror using the search engine in order to provide learners with hands-on practice.
RESULT: To be determined August 2022
